These Terms govern additional monthly rewards for top performers in the existing OKX Affiliate Program for EEA. They do not replace ordinary affiliate commissions or the underlying Affiliate Program Agreement. The details and applicable rules for each activity, including eligibility, ranking and prize allocation, will be published on the monthly leaderboard landing page before that month begins.
1. General
1.1 These Terms apply specifically to the Affiliate Leaderboard and Prize. They supplement the the OKX Affiliate Program Agreement, the OKX Affiliate Program Rule, and the OKX Sub-affiliate Rules. The Affiliate Program Agreement continues to govern the underlying Program relationship. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Affiliate Program Agreement, or, where relevant, the applicable Program Rules.
1.2 These Terms govern only the additional rewards under the Affiliate Leaderboard, which is separate from "Commissions" under the Affiliate Program Agreement. They do not change the eligibility, calculation or payment of ordinary affiliate Commissions or the Program level assessment. Country-specific restrictions in the Affiliate Program Agreement and applicable law continue to apply. The Affiliate Leaderboard landing page sets the rewards parameters for the stated month, subject to these Terms, the Affiliate Program Agreement and applicable law; it does not amend the underlying Program.
1.3 Before participation, these Terms and that month's specific rules will set out on the relevant landing page. Participation is subject to these Terms and the rules published on the relevant landing page for that month.
1.4 The landing page must disclose all material rules for the month in plain language, including eligible countries and Affiliate/invitee groups; entry and ongoing thresholds and their look-back windows; the treatment of trader-days before mid-month entry; the single binding Average Daily Active Traders metric and its live and final averaging periods; the daily volume threshold, eligible trading types, USDC-equivalent conversion method, daily cutoff, attribution and exclusions; provisional and final results, score display bands and boundaries, rounding, ties and corrections; the base prize pool, payout asset, each rank's share and any payout above the base pool caused by ties; treatment of fewer than 10 winners, forfeitures and backfill; payment date and conditions; any advertised MVP status and its criteria, duration and benefits; and the complaint route. A month is not open for participation until these material rules are published.
1.5 OKX will keep those rules accessible during the month and retain a dated copy for audit and disputes. A later internal configuration does not change the published rules for a live month. Any necessary correction or legally required change during a live month will be explained promptly to affected participants and handled under clause 7.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be an approved, identity-verified Affiliate with an active Program account, be in good standing, and meet every entry and ongoing condition published on the relevant landing page. A person described as a KOL qualifies only if approved as an Affiliate under the Affiliate Program Agreement. Sub-Affiliate status alone does not confer Prize eligibility. Sub-accounts are not eligible. Only countries expressly listed on the relevant landing page may participate; EEA residence alone does not establish eligibility.
2.2 For each rewards period, an affiliate may participate in only one market pool. Market attribution is determined by the entity to which the affiliate account belongs, subject to any eligibility restriction published on the relevant landing page. Only qualifying activity of invitees onboarded under the EEA market entity and permitted by the published rules counts.
2.3 The relevant landing page defines the eligibility requirement for this reward, the exact thresholds, look-back and assessment times, and whether activity before a mid-month entry counts. These rewards metrics do not alter the Program Rules for Commissions or Program level assessment. Both published entry thresholds must be satisfied if the month's rules require both. An Affiliate that qualifies for a month may join that month only on the published terms. An ineligible Affiliate will appear as "Not ranked" with a general reason and threshold gap, without revealing another participant's non-public data.
3. Rewards Period
3.1 Each rewards period begins and ends at the exact dates and times, including time zone, published on the relevant landing page. The first month, any opt-in deadline and the relevant eligibility and ranking measurement windows must be published before that month opens.
3.2 The Affiliate Leaderboard ranks eligible Affiliates by the binding metric published on the relevant landing page. An unpublished calculation rule or internal configuration cannot silently expand or narrow eligible activity for a live month. Only activity satisfying the published rewards rules counts.
3.3 Attribution follows the valid affiliate relationship at the time of each trade. If an invitee changes attribution, trades before and after the change are attributed to the relevant affiliate at the respective trade time, subject to fraud and compliance review.
3.4 The Affiliate Leaderboard is normally refreshed hourly. Displayed rankings and volume ranges are provisional and may change after reconciliation and risk review. The relevant landing page shall state the final-result date, objective tie-break, correction window and how a disqualification affects other ranks and rewards shares. OKX will not apply an unpublished tie-break or backfill rule.
4. Rewards and Payment
4.1 The rewards, exact payout asset, rank-by-rank shares, rounding method and payment deadline for each month must be published on the relevant landing page before the month starts. No fixed fiat value of a crypto-asset reward is guaranteed.
4.2 Subject to final eligibility and review, each winning affiliate receives the share assigned to its final rank on that month's landing page. The rewards are calculated as the published rewards amount multiplied by the published percentage for the final rank, with the published rounding rule.
4.3 If fewer than 10 affiliates qualify, or if any published rank remains unfilled following final eligibility review, only the percentages allocated to the ranks actually filled by eligible winners will be awarded. The percentage allocated to any unfilled rank will not be redistributed, reallocated or paid to another affiliate and will remain unawarded. For example, if only one affiliate qualifies and the published allocation for first place is 26%, that affiliate will receive 26% of the published monthly reward amount, and the remaining 74% will not be awarded.
4.4 If a winner is found to be ineligible or is disqualified after the rankings have been finalized, including after the end of the relevant month, that winner's reward will be cancelled. No other affiliate will replace the disqualified winner or be moved into the vacated rank. The percentage allocated to that rank will remain unawarded and will not be redistributed, reallocated or paid to another affiliate.If the cancelled reward has already been credited, OKX may reverse or recover it to the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable account terms. The disqualification will not otherwise change the finalized rankings or rewards of the remaining winners, unless the underlying issue materially affects the calculation of those rankings or rewards.
4.5 Rewards will be credited to the winner's eligible OKX funding account after finalisation, subject to applicable identity, sanctions, AML, tax and account checks. The relevant landing page must state the payment deadline, any account restrictions, failed-payment treatment and any material condition that could delay or prevent payment.
4.6 Rewards may be subject to applicable tax reporting or withholding. Each affiliate is responsible for its own tax obligations, except where OKX must withhold or report under law. Crypto-asset prices, including stablecoin values, may fluctuate. Any transfer or withdrawal restrictions shall be disclosed on the relevant page before participation.
5. Review
5.1 Users must not create or use false or controlled accounts, self-refer, manipulate attribution or transactions, engage in wash trading or matched or related-party trading without genuine economic purpose, misuse another person's referral code or identity, or otherwise generate artificial activity to obtain a rank or reward. You must comply with applicable law, the Affiliate Program Agreement and Program Rules, including restrictions on available products and regions.
5.2 Where OKX has a reasonable basis to identify ineligible or abusive activity, it may exclude affected trades or invitees and recalculate eligible rewards; suspend a provisional ranking or payment while it investigates; or disqualify an affiliate for the competition month in serious cases. OKX will apply proportionate measures, document material decisions internally and provide the affected affiliate a general explanation and review route where lawful and practicable. Fraud-detection details and another user's personal data need not be disclosed.
5.3 Final results remain subject to the correction, disqualification, recovery and backfill rules published on the relevant landing page. If serious ineligible or abusive conduct is confirmed after publication, OKX may remove or recover the rewards to the extent permitted by law and the applicable agreement. The treatment of other winners will follow the published rule, not a new discretionary allocation adopted after the result.
6. Leaderboard display and data
6.1 The leaderboard may display your rank. You may choose to display an account name, subject to OKX's content review. If you do not choose to display an account name, or if the selected name does not pass content review, the leaderboard will instead display a masked version of your UID. Your choice of display identifier will not affect your eligibility or final rank. An account name and a masked UID may constitute personal data and will be processed and displayed in accordance with the applicable OKX privacy notice.
6.2 OKX processes affiliate account, attribution, transaction and risk data to operate and verify the rewards under the applicable OKX privacy notice and data protection law. Detailed underlying data is available only to authorised personnel for business, finance, compliance and risk purposes. The leaderboard does not disclose invitee-level trading data or affiliate revenue publicly.
7. Changes, suspension and complaints
7.1 OKX may amend, suspend or cancel a future month for legal, regulatory, security or operational reasons and will publish revised rewards rules on the relevant landing page before that month opens. The Affiliate Agreement’s rights to suspend or terminate the Program continue to apply. Subject to those rights, OKX will not retrospectively change a live month's published entry thresholds, ranking formula, pool amount, payout asset or rank shares, except where required by law or necessary to correct a material error or prevent abuse. OKX will give affected Affiliates prompt notice, explain the impact and apply a fair remedy consistent with applicable law. A routine change to internal configuration does not amend the published rewards rules.
7.2 Disputes relating to these Terms and the Prize are subject to the governing-law and dispute resolution provisions of the Affiliate Agreement, to the extent enforceable. The applicable Terms of Service continue to govern disputes about the use of OKX services. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory protections or remedies under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply as far as lawful.
7.3 The rewards under this Affiliate Leaderboard is not investment advice or a recommendation to trade. Trading crypto-assets involves risk of loss, including loss of the entire amount committed. Do not trade solely to improve a leaderboard position. A ranking or reward does not indicate future performance or profitability. Products and rewards may not be available in all countries.
