Three major coins slid this week, yet investors keep digging into them. One needs a far smaller rebound to reclaim its peak, while the other two promise triple-digit upside with sharper risks. Which tradeoff deserves your money?

Picking the best crypto to buy in November 2026 among Bitcoin, XRP and Solana starts with how far each one has dropped from its peak. Bitcoin (CRYPTO:BTC) is priced at $75,876 on November 7, 2026, which is 39.8% below its all-time high. XRP (CRYPTO:XRP) is currently at $1.16, while Solana (CRYPTO:SOL) is priced at $89.82, and both are more than two-thirds off their highest values.

All three coins fell this week. Bitcoin dipped below $76,000 on November 5 but bounced back from about $75,200, and it’s down 2.1% over the past week. XRP dropped 2.9% in just 24 hours and is down 7.1% for the week, while Solana has declined 6.6% over the same period.

Even so, interest in these cryptocurrencies is increasing as their prices fall. Wikipedia page views rose 48.3% week over week for Bitcoin, 75.2% for the XRP Ledger, and 10.3% for Solana. So how do the three coins compare on the same numbers?

Bitcoin vs XRP vs Solana by the Numbers

Bitcoin needs the smallest increase, 66.17%, to get back to its $126,080 all-time high. It also has the largest market cap at around $1.53 trillion, which means it requires significantly more investment for each percentage point of gain than XRP or Solana.

Both XRP and Solana are trading more than two-thirds below their peaks, which gives them room for gains above 200% if they recover to their past highs. However, that extra room comes with smaller market caps and a rougher record. Over the last five years, Solana has dropped 64.2%, and XRP has slipped 5.3%. Bitcoin, by contrast, has gained 19.6%.

The 200-day moving average, which averages the closing price over the past 200 days, helps traders assess longer-term trends. Bitcoin is trading above its 200-day average of $73,197, while Solana holds less than 1% above its $88.96 average. XRP is below its 200-day average of $1.27.

Bitcoin ETF Holders Withdraw $430.2 Million

On November 5, spot Bitcoin ETFs, exchange-traded funds that hold Bitcoin directly and trade like stocks, saw a net outflow of $430.2 million. That same day, Bitcoin hit a seven-week low but bounced back from around $75,200.

I/O Fund’s Beth Kindig pointed to pressure from the dollar and bond yields in a post on X on November 5, writing, “The dollar is back in an uptrend, yields are climbing.” Bitcoin is down 13.4% year to date. If ETF outflows continue, it might revisit the $75,200 low. Sustained inflows, on the other hand, could help push it back above its 20-day average of $79,956.

XRP Takes the Steepest One-Day Decline

XRP’s 2.9% one-day drop is the sharpest of the three and adds to a longer slide. XRP is down 47.5% over the past year and 37% year to date, and it hit a one-year low of about $0.99 on August 16.

For those considering XRP as an investment in 2026, it trades below all of its main moving averages, including the 200-day average of $1.27. However, it still holds the second-largest market cap of the three, at about $73.76 billion. Our evaluation of holding $1,000 in XRP until 2030 gives a longer-term view.

Solana Gets a Buy-and-Burn Plan From Leap

Leap, a Solana Labs company, announced a beta mobile trading app on November 5 that offers tokenized stocks, ETFs, metals, currencies, and crypto. Tokenized stocks are blockchain tokens that track the price of ordinary shares. Leap plans to use future fees to buy and burn SOL, permanently reducing the total supply.

Since the app is in beta, the burn size is yet to be determined. US spot Solana ETFs saw a small $0.8 million net outflow on November 5, and Solana is down 22.7% over 30 days. To recover, Solana needs to hold its $88.96 200-day average, since a break below it could add to its 27.9% year-to-date loss. Our look at where Solana might be in five years goes into more detail.

Which Is the Best Crypto to Buy in November 2026, Bitcoin, XRP or Solana?

Based on the current data, Bitcoin appears to be the most stable option of the three. It is the largest and needs the smallest increase to return to its all-time high. XRP and Solana have more percentage room, but they also have smaller market caps and trade further from their previous peaks. Solana has the most room to its high but also the smallest market cap of the three.

Three levels will show whether that ranking holds. If Bitcoin stays above $75,200 and its $73,197 200-day average while ETF inflows resume, it keeps the shortest path back to its all-time high. If XRP recovers to its $1.27 200-day average, its trend would line up with Bitcoin’s and Solana’s. If Solana falls below $88.96, it would join XRP below its long-term average. Our Solana 2030 price prediction runs the longer numbers.
