Bitcoin price remained close to USD 76,000 on Sunday, November 8, as investors assessed renewed pressure from exchange regulation, security concerns and institutional fund withdrawals. Investing.com displayed Bitcoin at USD 75,903.0 at 12:06:31 Berlin time, with a daily range of USD 75,645.5 to USD 75,979.1. The page showed a market capitalization of USD 1.52 trillion and 24-hour volume of USD 8.92 billion.
Compared with the verified UTC close of USD 75,776 for November 7 reported by CoinGecko, the displayed price was 0.17 percent higher. This comparison uses the November 7 UTC day close as the reference point and does not represent a rolling 24-hour return. Bitcoin was still well below the USD 107,461.3 52-week high shown on Investing.com, while its 52-week low was USD 57,832.5.
ETF withdrawals test the rebound
The most significant recent demand signal came from the US spot ETF market. COINOTAG reported that the funds recorded USD 1.28 billion in net outflows between November 2 and November 6, the heaviest weekly withdrawal since June. Four of the five sessions saw net redemptions, with USD 430 million leaving on November 5 and USD 412 million on November 6. The figures pushed cumulative 2026 flows from a previously positive balance to an estimated net outflow of about USD 830 million.
BlackRock's IBIT accounted for two of the largest individual withdrawals, losing USD 405 million on November 2 and USD 403 million on November 6. The ETF data points to weaker institutional demand during the recent risk-off phase, although one week's redemptions do not establish a lasting trend.
Regulation adds to market caution
According to Yahoo Finance, citing Investing.com, Bitcoin was trading below USD 76,000 as Binance prepared to close certain European customer accounts by December 31 after the expiration of the European Union's Markets in Crypto-Assets transition period. Affected customers in France, Spain, Italy and Poland reportedly received withdrawal notices, while deposits were blocked and withdrawals remained available.
The combination of ETF outflows and platform-access concerns leaves Bitcoin price momentum fragile below USD 80,000. For investors, the next signals to monitor are whether ETF flows return to positive territory and whether Bitcoin can sustain a recovery above that threshold without a renewed increase in selling pressure.
