Blast Bridge’s total value locked (TVL) fell about 84% between Oct. 26 and Nov. 3, with daily UTC snapshots dropping from $41.04 million to $6.51 million.

The measure reflects assets in bridge contracts. It does not show how much users recovered.

Blast’s recovery page covers eligible Ether (ETH), WETH and USDB held on the network, along with withdrawals to Ethereum that had not completed. Claims go through recovery contracts on Ethereum.

Blast announced a wind-down on Oct. 2, saying operating costs exceeded revenue and it saw no credible path to sustainable operations. Oct. 26 was the last day to withdraw through its regular interface.
