Cardano price was reported at 0.185 US dollars early on Friday, November 6, 2026. CryptoTicker, citing CoinGecko, said ADA had fallen 6.3 percent over 24 hours and touched a low of 0.178 US dollars. The report described the level as the lowest daily close since mid-August. The 24-hour comparison is not the same as a UTC day-to-day change, so it should not be read as the change from the November 5 UTC close.
CryptoTicker also reported that 58.5 percent of circulating ADA remained delegated to stake pools. Its figures put actively delegated ADA at 21.54 billion out of 36.82 billion in circulation. Delegation can be ended without a lock-up on Cardano, so the staking share is a network participation measure rather than a guaranteed price floor.
Proposals remain under review
A separate development signal came from Cardano's November 1 improvement-proposal roundup. As reported by crypto.news, one draft seeks common compliance requirements for regulated stablecoins built with the CIP-0113 programmable-token framework. The intended effect would be to make it easier for wallets, exchanges and infrastructure providers to support qualifying tokens from different issuers.
The same roundup included CIP-0206, which proposes two quantum-resistant signature-verification functions for Plutus smart contracts. The proposal references ML-DSA and SLH-DSA, but it is not an activated security upgrade and does not change existing wallet signatures. Both submissions must complete the Cardano Improvement Proposal process before any resulting feature reaches mainnet.
Network activity offers operating context
Cardano's official website reported 2,613,142 transactions during the 30 days from October 1 through October 31, 2026. It also listed 323,931 transactions attributed to showcased applications. The website said CIP-0113 had reached mainnet in October and identified DijkstraNet as a public development track, while the broader Dijkstra work remains a development catalyst rather than a completed mainnet event.
For investors, the current picture therefore combines weak short-term price momentum with continuing protocol work. The proposal activity may broaden Cardano's potential use cases, but it does not by itself establish adoption, revenue or a future ADA price. The market is still pricing a highly volatile crypto asset, and the reported 24-hour decline underlines the risk of treating technical milestones as a near-term trading signal.
