Injective says it becomes the first layer 1 blockchain ecosystem with an SEC-registered transfer agent on November 6, 2026. The registration is part of its effort to enable registered tokenized markets.

The transfer agent gives Injective a registered participant within its ecosystem, adding regulatory legitimacy to its tokenization efforts. For INJ, the announcement strengthens the institutional tokenization case by connecting that effort with a registered compliance role.
