What the latest data shows

Litecoin was quoted at $52.33 on spot markets, with a 24-hour range of $53.50 to $52.10 and a 24-hour change of 0.02%. That leaves price slightly above the 200-day SMA at $52.14, but still below the 7-day SMA at $53.78, the 20-day SMA at $56.47, the 50-day SMA at $61.70, the 12-day EMA at $54.72 and the 26-day EMA at $56.94. The current structure matters because it shows LTC sitting near its long-term average while remaining under the shorter moving averages that would normally be needed to confirm a stronger recovery.

Momentum is soft, and the tape has not confirmed a turn

The daily RSI of 36.75 is not in oversold territory, but it still points to subdued momentum rather than strength. MACD is -2.2239, with the signal line also at -2.2239 and the histogram at 0.0000, which suggests momentum is not expanding in either direction. Stochastic %K at 14.35 and %D at 11.48 reinforce that LTC is still trading close to the lower end of its recent range. Taken together, these indicators do not confirm a breakdown, but they also do not yet support a clean move back above the higher trend levels.

Support is nearby, but resistance is just overhead

The closest technical reference points are tightly clustered. Immediate support is $51.79, followed by strong support at $51.24, while immediate resistance is $53.19 and stronger resistance is $54.04. The Bollinger lower band sits at $50.99, with %B at 0.1221, so price is still pressing near the lower band area rather than expanding into the upper half of the channel. ATR(14) is $2.60, which means the market can move through these levels quickly if volume picks up. For now, the setup suggests a compressed range: LTC is close enough to support that downside follow-through would matter, but it is also only a small move away from the first resistance test.

Derivatives are not giving a one-way signal

Binance futures funding at 0.0100% is neutral, so it does not show an extreme bias in carry demand. Open interest is 1,195,527.92 contracts, with a daily value of $60,687,538, and 24-hour open interest has fallen 3.04%. That combination points to some leverage leaving the market rather than building further. At the same time, Binance cohort positioning is still long-heavy: the global long/short ratio was 2.1260, or 68.0% long versus 32.0% short, at 2026-11-07 07:00:00 UTC, while top traders were even more skewed at 2.9432, or 74.6% long versus 25.4% short, at the same observation time. These are Binance cohort measures only; they do not describe the broader market. Spot execution also remains balanced, with a taker buy/sell ratio of 0.9996 and nearly equal buy and sell volume, so there is no clear confirmation from order flow that buyers are taking control.

LiteFinance’s range is a forecast, not a live target

LiteFinance said on November 5, 2026 that Litecoin would trade between $35.44 and $64.62 throughout 2026. That statement should be read as an institutional forecast range for the year, not as a near-term trading target or a claim about where LTC must trade next. It provides a wide frame for possible outcomes, but it does not override the current market structure, which is still sitting below the short- and medium-term averages.

What would change the picture

A move above $53.19 would be the first sign that spot price is starting to clear nearby resistance, and a follow-through above $54.04 would matter more because it would push LTC back through the nearest overhead barrier and closer to the 12-day EMA. If price loses $51.79, then $51.24 and the $50.99 lower Bollinger band become the next supports to watch. A close below that area would weaken the argument that the 200-day SMA at $52.14 is acting as effective support, because the market would already have moved through the nearby structure that is holding it up now.
