Analyst Sean Hagan said Bitcoin (BTC) could have spent enough time in its downturn for time-based capitulation by the end of November.

“As we enter the end of this month, there's also a strong argument that we have served our time in terms of time-based capitulation,” Hagan said.

An earlier market analysis treated Bitcoin’s June trough as potentially less severe than prior bear-market lows going back to 2017, but only if BTC stayed above a true market mean near $77,000.
