A new fund filing just handed XRP a seat at a traditional benchmark table, yet the coin sits far below its peak. Four price scenarios show what it would take to climb back, and one dream target looks nearly out…

Analysts are still uncertain about how XRP (CRYPTO:XRP) will perform by 2030, but a new filing gives one more data point to work with. A filing from T. Rowe Price (NASDAQ:TROW | TROW Price Prediction) dated November 4, 2026 gives XRP a 7.04% weight in the benchmark index for its new Active Crypto ETF.

A benchmark index weight is the share a coin holds in the index a fund tracks for performance. XRP holders now want to know what a mainstream fund benchmark could mean for the price.

XRP trades at $1.25, down 4.4% over the past 24 hours and 32.1% since the beginning of the year. In the past 30 days, the coin’s price has moved between $1.24 and $1.50. XRP would need a 192% gain to regain its previous all-time high of $3.65 from July 17, 2025.

What XRP Would Be Worth at $2, $5 and $10

The table below lays out different price points and the market capitalization each would require, based on the current token supply.

These market cap figures are the minimum needed at the current number of XRP tokens in circulation. However, Ripple continues to release tokens from escrow, which could mean a larger supply by 2030. As a result, reaching $3.65 again could require even more money than it did during the July 2025 peak.

Among these scenarios, $2 looks the most attainable. XRP traded as high as $2.42 in January, so it would only need to regain a price it already held this year. Any prediction that XRP will exceed $3.65 by 2030 assumes buyers will pay more than they ever have before. As for XRP reaching $100 in 5 years, that would take a 7,900% gain from $1.25.

Catalysts That Could Send XRP Back Toward Its All-Time High

A T. Rowe Price Benchmark Ranks XRP Fourth

The prospectus supplement listing benchmark weights as of October 20, 2026 puts XRP fourth, behind Bitcoin (CRYPTO:BTC), Ethereum (CRYPTO:ETH) and Solana (CRYPTO:SOL), and just ahead of Zcash, a privacy-focused cryptocurrency.

Bitcoin’s index weight is about 6.28 times XRP’s, and together these five coins account for 77.37% of the benchmark. XRP holds a measured slice of a traditional fund index, and future filings will show whether its 7.04% weight rises or falls.

Bitcoin’s Recovery Sets XRP’s Pace

XRP often moves with Bitcoin, though XRP has fallen harder in 2026. Bitcoin trades at $76,516.50, down 10.1% year to date, while XRP is down 32.1%. Over the past 90 days, XRP gained 25.4%, and Bitcoin gained 23.9%. XRP is still tracking Bitcoin, the same pattern the four coins have shown since the start of October.

XRP can rise fast once the market turns. It opened in November 2024 at $0.51 and closed the month at $1.94. XRP now trades below its 50-day moving average of $1.39 and its 200-day average of $1.27. Ripple’s push into tokenized assets on the XRP Ledger could add demand over time.

Where Will Ripple Stand in 5 Years?

Analysts cannot pin down exactly where XRP will trade in 2030. XRP trades at $1.25, and a return to its all-time high of $3.65 would take a 192% gain. The scenarios above outline the possibilities.

What Will 1 XRP Be Worth in 2030?

One XRP is currently worth $1.25. The scenarios range from $2, a 60% gain, to $10, a 700% gain.

Does T. Rowe Price Hold XRP?

The November 4, 2026 filing gives XRP a 7.04% weight in the benchmark index T. Rowe Price’s Active Crypto ETF measures its performance against. Because the fund is actively managed, it can hold more or less XRP than that weight implies; the figure only shows where XRP ranks inside that index.

Can XRP Reach $10 by 2030?

It’s unlikely XRP will reach $10 by 2030. There’s a fair chance it returns to $2, while surpassing its all-time high of $3.65 is less certain. The 7.04% benchmark weight shows where XRP ranks inside a traditional fund index, but demand and price still have to come from buyers.

For XRP to climb again, it first needs to clear its 50-day average of $1.39, then the $1.57 high from September 22, 2026, before reaching $2. Hitting $3.65 again would need XRP to hold above $2, while $10 would need a market cap above $635.6 billion, assuming a stable token supply. If Bitcoin’s recovery falters, XRP could drop back toward its $0.99 low from August 16, 2026.
