A Democratic Congress, a looming holder dinner, and a token sitting 98% below its peak. Three dates between now and January could decide whether the Trump memecoin ever climbs back, or whether even a modest rebound stays out of reach.

The Official Trump Coin (CRYPTO:TRUMP) currently has no product or revenue stream, so political attention and public interest drive its price movements. The token traded at $1.20, down 15.6% over the past 24 hours and 22.8% over the previous week, marking its lowest monthly price.
After Democrats secured control of both chambers of Congress in the midterm elections, TRUMP Coin plummeted 17% in a single day, falling to $1.33 on November 4, 2026, according to CoinMarketCap, before sliding further to its current $1.20 level. Alongside TRUMP, another Trump-associated token, World Liberty Financial (CRYPTO: WLFI), fell over 7% to $0.047, contributing to a broader 16% drop across the political memecoin sector, which fell to $477 million in total value.
TRUMP trades 98.4% below its all-time high of $73.43, set on January 19, 2025, and investors are now asking whether it can recover. Target prices of $2, $5, and $10 keep coming up because they hover near the current $1.20 level.
What TRUMP Coin Would Be Worth at $2, $5, and $10 by 2030

The market value of a cryptocurrency is calculated by multiplying its price by its circulating supply, the total number of tokens available for trading. According to CoinGecko, TRUMP’s circulating supply is about 281.9 million tokens, with a market value estimated at around $0.34 billion, placing it 125th among all cryptocurrencies. The scenarios below use that same supply figure.
Supply dilution can make these price targets harder to reach. Initially, TRUMP launched with fewer tokens in circulation, so its early 2025 peak required a lower market value than it would now. If more tokens enter circulation before 2030, a $10 price would require a much larger market cap than the estimated $2.82 billion outlined above.
Factors That Could Propel TRUMP Back Toward $5

Second Holder Dinner on November 22, 2026
The official TRUMP Coin Club has invited the top 185 wallets, based on a time-weighted balance of token holdings, to a dinner on November 22, 2026. The scoring for this invitation ends on November 12, 2026. The first dinner, announced in spring 2025, coincided with a price surge, with TRUMP closing April 2025 at $13.17 after starting the month at $10.01.
However, this time around, the invitation comes during a downturn. TRUMP has fallen 40.3% over the past 30 days, which could add selling pressure as top holders cash out after the scoring period ends.
Democrats Controlling Congress Beginning in January 2027
Once the new Congress convenes, Democrats will oversee the committees that shape crypto legislation. The CLARITY Act, which aims to grant the Commodity Futures Trading Commission more authority over crypto trading, passed in the House in July 2025 but failed in the Senate in September 2026.
Because political tokens are influenced by the president’s standing, a Congress controlled by opposing parties could hurt TRUMP Coin until sentiment toward Trump-linked tokens improves.
A Rally Led by Bitcoin
TRUMP Coin last rallied in August 2026, reaching a monthly high of $3.70, its biggest trading month since February 2025. Sellers showed up fast. As Bitcoin (CRYPTO: BTC) has gained 23.9% over the last 90 days, contrasting with TRUMP’s 18.7% decline during the same period, a broader crypto rally could ignite a resurgence for TRUMP. However, previous upturns in 2026 have mostly seen immediate sell-offs.
TRUMP Coin Price Prediction for 2030: Frequently Asked Questions

Will TRUMP Coin Ever Recover?
TRUMP has rebounded before, including a rise to $3.70 in August 2026, suggesting short-term rallies could continue. However, it has faced a staggering 75% decline in 2026, and each previous recovery this year has ultimately faded.
What Is the Price Prediction for TRUMP Coin in 2030?
The scenarios provided above offer a roadmap for potential price targets. However, these predictions are conditional: achieving $2 requires a 66.7% increase, while reaching $10 would demand a 733.3% increase.
Is TRUMP Coin a Good Investment?
Because TRUMP is a high-risk memecoin with no underlying revenue and a price heavily influenced by political news, it poses substantial risks for investors. The 85.2% drop over the past year illustrates how quickly value can diminish.
Is TRUMP Coin Different from Commemorative Coins?
Yes, they are distinct products. Commemorative Trump coins are physical collectibles, while this article focuses on the Official Trump (TRUMP) memecoin, a digital asset that trades on cryptocurrency exchanges.
Can TRUMP Reach $10 by 2030?
The likelihood of TRUMP reaching $10 by 2030 is low, and $2 is the only feasible target. It must first hold above its $1.20 low after the November 12 dinner deadline, then regain its 20-day moving average of $1.67.
From there, it needs to close above its 200-day average of $1.93 and above $2, and only after retesting its August 2026 high near $3.70 does $5 come back into play. Even the biggest percentage gains here leave TRUMP far below its $73.43 peak.
If the dinner passes and TRUMP still ends below $1.20, it would set new lows heading into a Democratic Congress, and even $2 would look like a stretch. January 2027 offers the clearest check, since a TRUMP price still under its $1.93 200-day average when the new Congress begins would put every 2030 target above $2 out of reach.
