The OG altcoin just formed an Inverse Head-and-Shoulders as big-time investors cash out from exchanges.
XRP is drawing attention after a sharp rise in exchange outflows coincided with whale accumulation and a developing inverse head-and-shoulders pattern. The setup points to tighter supply, but a breakout still needs confirmation on the chart.
Exchange Outflows Cut Available Supply
Around 01:00 UTC, roughly 13.24 million XRP left exchanges. That kind of withdrawal reduces the amount of tokens sitting ready to sell. It does not guarantee higher prices on its own, but it shrinks the immediate supply that can hit the market if buyers appear.
Price has been consolidating near $1.30 while the outflow hit.
Whales Add Over 60 Million XRP in a Week
The largest wallets increased their holdings by about 60 million XRP over the past week. It is unclear whether those tokens came directly from the exchange withdrawals, but both metrics move in the same direction.
Large holders adding size while tokens leave exchanges is the classic combination that often precedes tighter supply.
Inverse Head & Shoulders Eyes $1.60 Tag
On the daily chart, XRP price appears to be forming the right shoulder of a potential inverse head-and-shoulders bottom.
The neckline sits near $1.60. A clean break above it would confirm the pattern and put a measured target near $2.10 in focus.
Price is currently trading around $1.30 to $1.32, still well below that level, so the pattern remains a developing setup rather than a completed breakout.
Chart Decides Whether The Flows Matter
Exchange outflows and whale buying strengthen the case by reducing available supply and showing demand from large holders. Neither data point forces a breakout.
The chart still needs to clear $1.60 before the inverse head-and-shoulders is confirmed and the $2.10 target comes into play.
Until then, the flows stay in a supportive background while price decides whether the pattern completes.
