Sui plans to launch USDC payments on Samsung Wallet, thus bringing stablecoin to eligible U.S. Galaxy users next month. This could give an edge to Sui in the field of digital payments, as it would integrate Sui’s blockchain technology with Samsung’s wallet system. On the other hand, the SUI price is currently trading at $0.8873, and several weekly resistance levels have been spotted by cryptocurrency analyst Giannis Andreou for recovery towards $7.

Sui Brings USDC Payments to Samsung Galaxy Users
According to Sui, USDC payments within its blockchain will now be available on Samsung Wallet, making the blockchain transaction of stablecoins more available to everyday mobile phone users. Eligible Galaxy users from the United States will be able to make use of USDC via an app that they use to perform their daily transactions.
The announcement, first made at the Sui Basecamp, demonstrates the network’s endeavors to expand its reach towards consumer payments. The collaboration can allow for smoother stablecoin transactions by enabling people who do not have any experience with crypto wallets to use Samsung Wallet.

The integration process will also be aided by Sui’s gasless stablecoin transfer capabilities. This is because users will be able to transfer the supported USDC tokens without necessarily owning SUI for transaction fees purposes.

Samsung Integration Strengthens Sui’s Payment Ambitions
This alliance is occurring as stablecoins grow more significant within blockchain-based transactions. More than one trillion dollars’ worth of stablecoin transaction volume has been witnessed on the Sui chain starting from August 2025.
Linking this infrastructure with Samsung Wallet might create an additional channel for distributing USDC on Sui. Instead of being distributed through purely crypto applications, stablecoin features would now be available through a well-known mobile app interface.
According to Sui, the integration could cover as many as 82 million compatible U.S. Galaxy devices. However, the first implementation allows using only USDC stablecoins and not the native SUI tokens. Thus, more stablecoin usage does not necessarily mean more SUI usage.
SUI Price Faces Multiple Resistance Levels
Even with the ecosystem development, the technical formation of the SUI price chart continues to face difficulties. Trading at about $0.8873, the coin is currently trading within an important pivot area according to analyst Giannis Andreou.
The analyst considers that $0.65-$0.75 is the main support level. Protecting this area is very crucial for the buyers trying to form a recovery.

The region between $0.85 and $0.95 is the pivot point. However, in order for the SUI price chart to provide more concrete proof of positive momentum, weekly closes above $1.20–$1.35 are necessary.
In addition to that, significant resistance exists in the $1.80-$2.10 zone. Additional supply zones exist in the $3.20-$3.70 and $4.30-$5.35 range.
Sustained strength through these levels will have the potential to create a more positive technical bias. On the other hand, a weekly close below $0.65 will be bearish.
Giannis Andreou Identifies Key Levels for Recovery
Price target of $7 by Andreou rests on the assumption that SUI regains its key weekly resistance levels before breaking its all-time high.
Starting from the base price of $0.8873, an increase to $7 amounts to a theoretical increase of 688.91%.
However, the analyst does not make this target into an immediate expectation. Every resistance area needs to be confirmed before the next recovery phase technically becomes stronger.
What Comes Next for SUI?
The upcoming implementation of Sui to USDC integration by Samsung Wallet is a key aspect for the growth of the ecosystem. The impact of such a move will be seen in the future when there will be actual transactions on the platform.
At the same time, traders will be watching out to see if SUI is able to hold above the $0.65-$0.75 range and go back up towards the $1.20-$1.35 range. This would mean that the buyers are taking control.
SUI’s movement towards resistance is contingent upon stablecoin adoption and the improvement of the weekly price structure. The $7 scenario suggested by Andreou is contingent upon the above factors.
